do you keep urself updated with the world econmy?

Like many people I don't read the newspaper much anymore, I get most of my news from television, radio and the internet but, yes, I do try to keep up on the world's economy because it affects everyone. I have watched the real estate market plummet and have seen the jobs lost in the construction and other related industries because of it. I have watched gas prices rise and, along with it, the price of just about every other consumer product. I believe that everyone should pay close attention to the economy so that they can be prepared for whatever happens down the road.
