It takes 72 muscles to work together when you speak. Frowning your face makes you age faster than smiling. If I were you will keep on smiling. Two or more cups of coffee a day increase your sugar level by 8 percent. If you are diabetic you should be cautious of coffee or other caffeinated drinks. D o you know that non-smokers have a higher tendency to be exposed to the dangers of smoking than actual smokers. This is because smokers get the benefit of a filter on the butt of the cigarette while non-smokers inhale the direct smoke. Too bad, a case of the non-offenders suffering for a sin they never committed.

I still firmly believe that smiling is better for your face than frowning. Yes, because we tend to add sugar and sweetened creamers to our coffees, and not consider them in sugar intake, one must be careful about how much you consume. And that's why many governments are banning smoking in public buildings, restaurants and bars. Even "smoking setcions" can't keep the bad smoke away from the non-smokers. Plus it's not good for the waiters/waitresses who serve the smokers.

2. olivemai (2058) | 2 months ago | I would rather smile than frown! What is the reason for the sugar increase, is it because of adding sugar to your coffee or just the effects of the caffeine?

olivemai (2058) | 2 months ago | I wish it were that simple here! Last night, I was riding the bus and turned around and smiled and laughed a little, and this woman went off talking about she wasn't as cartoon! So we have to be careful with our smiles! I get indigestion from coffee, since it relaxes our esophagus or something like that!
