2. fanfreluche (292) | 5 months ago | I take daily: red wine (1 glass), green tea (a few cup), yogurt (not the one with fruits full of sugar and bad stuff, only the plan one, I add my fresh fruit). Bone soup I never tried, nor the mushroom soup. Soy bean milk I drink from time to time, I find this refreshing.

4. meiteoh (327) | 5 months ago | I actually take most of them with the exception of number 4 because I don't know what that is... I take yoghurt every two to three days because I'm prone to yeast infections and increasing/maintaining my yoghurt intake (especially probiotic ones) is the one thing that helps A LOT. At least I don't have to buy supplements. I do take green tea once in a while - not often because I don't quite fancy drinking other else other than water. Mushrooms are my favourite - Parisian (white button mushroom) and Chinese dried ones are on top of the list. Soybean (and tofu), and wine are towards the bottom of the list - I used to drink soybean or eat tau foo fah (made from soybean milk) weekly back at home but wine is a bit of a "once in a while" thing because I don't really take a lot of alcohol. I drink like maybe once in six months? Apparently soybean contains natural hormones which help in lowering depression and what-not. I find that consuming things in moderation - meat, fruits, vits & minerals - will help you improve your health in the long run. I feel that one of the reasons why we have problems is because we don't really eat well-balanced meals - they are either rich in fat, carbs and/or protein, lacking in fibre and so forth.
