Only if the site has a option to get paid by check. Not many sites have that option, but its easy and free to setup your own paypal account. If you would like a list of sites that pay by check and are free to join you can send me a message and I will be happy to help you.

I see you are from the USA so signing up for a paypal account should be no problem for you.
I have a few sites that pay by check if you are interested though and I have just written about a site on my blog that is great for earning some spare change in your down time.
If you are interested in the sites that pay by check, you can add me as a friend and PM me, I'll send you the links. Otherwise paypal is fine, there is also alertpay, moneybookers and e-gold available (well they are the popular ones)
