I'm making money from my blogs. I have several blogs that help me make money. The best way to start making money from your blog is to use Google AdSense and other contextual ads on your blog.
When your blog have page rank of 2 and above, you can start using PayPerPost where you can receive tasks and make money.
When your blog reach PR4, go for TextLinkAds, TLA will pay you certain amount of money every month to place text link ads on your blog. This way is a good way to make money every month.
Other than the services explain above, you can try to use other programs such as LinkWorth, Smorty, Triond(do not need a blog), Bidvertiser and so on.
