Automation taking over  |

 Recently I was in a Macy's Department Store and I saw an automated Kiosk selling IPods and other Apple products. The next day I noticed another of these machines that looked like a soda machine filled with other products. Have any of you seen these things and what do you think about the new sales approach. I personnaly feel like we are seeing the beginning of a workerless society or at least the loss of many, many jobs. I know it is not going to happen tomorrow but, its deffinetly coming.

Apriljess (550) | 5 months ago |  No I have never seen any of these machines but I hope they work better than the vending machines around where I live put in your dollar thirty five for a diet dr. pepper and no pop and no money its sad. I have a fuzzy memory of being three or four at I think a Sears store or maybe some type of mini mall and they were a talking pop machine. I never seen one of those after that either. Who knows what they will come up with but I do know this I wont purchase a high priced item from a vending machine and risk my money.

But I live in a small country town.
If this continues to happen, there will be no jobs for anyone.
The entire world will be unemployed.
Instead of making things like an automated Kiosk, they should be inventing something that will provide jobs for the unemployed.

Where is the sense in that.
