Friends or lovers,which you value more?

Both, because my lover is also my best friend.

Sometimes it is very difficult to choose. My husband is my friend and my lover, on most things I would have to be on his side. But I would hope that no one I cared about would ever put me in that situation. Somebody who truly cares about someone would make them make such a choice.

You need to keep your friends. If your lover, or boyfriend, is pushing them away, just because he doesn't like them. Not because they are bad people or a bad influence on you, but just because he's a jerk, then you need to get rid of him. If your friends have a problem with your guy, you need to listen to what they say, they are your friends for a reason, but at the same time, if you don't have the greatest group of friends, then you need to listen to your guy and see if it's just because he cares about you.

People are people, they aren't always going to get along. But if you have a good lover, and good friends, and they both care about you like they should, they will resolve their own issues with whomever, it's not your job to fix the issues. People need to take care of their own problems. You can't make your lover and friends relationships work for them, you can only make yours work.

Lovers come and go, but a true friend will always be there through thick and thin. You have two personalities and you're stuck in the middle. I myself would advise both parties do not put me in the middle. I love both of you and you two can work this out yourselves. Just leave me out of it.
