What do you put in your pasta?

i actually started a discussion regarding this just a few minutes ago, but i like to put seafood in my pasta! i love fettucene alfredo with shrimp! its the best!

Do you mean ON my pasta? I love pesto sauce it's a mixture of basil,garlic,parmisan cheese, and I and wallnuts. You blend it in a blender and add virgin olive oil as it's blending til it's smooth. It's excellant and very popular! Just google pesto sauce for many varities! tdemex

I usually start out with sauted garlic, onions and mushrooms. Then I like to add some sort of fresh veggie (not necessarily tomatoes) and sometimes shrimp, scallops or a firm white fish. I love pasta and eat it every day.

Then there are times when I just like the pasta tossed with butter and sprinkled with some garlic salt and a little basil. I just never tire of finding new ways to prepare pasta.

I like red/marinara sauce on my pasta. Sometimes I like sauteed onion in it, sometimes roasted red peppers, and sometimes zucchini and mushrooms.

Sometimes I like it with butter, and garlic, other times we use tomato sauce! I like the sauces with zucchini in it, and other vegetables! We like it with sausage and sometimes meatballs too!

In terms of meat, I either put in mince meat or cut up pieces of chicken. In terms of vegetables I tend to just have a few peppers, such as green peppers. In terms of sauces I tend to use tomato based sauces or slightly spicy sauces.

I do not like meat sauces at all. I do use garlic basil, four cheese sauces, or Alfredo sauce. I almost always prepare chicken to eat with pasta.
