man calls 911 15 times for cab  | |  I just read this on kansas.com.A man in waco texas called 911 15 times because he was tired of waiting for a cab.Police eventually went to the mans apartment to arrest him and found a cab and the man outside of the apartment but the man said he didn`t have the $26.00 taxi fee to get to his friends house.Is that just not unbelieveable?What is wrong with people today?
