in atlanta for two days, loses his bags and tells the New Yorker that the planned birthday party for his 80 year old mother is one they can't fly him to afterall. at least not to get there for the event, AFTER they strand him for two days! well he is an attorney in new york and is now suing delta for close to 500,000. just saw this on the news. I think he might have a case here.

1. m0rnings (414) | 7 months ago | you know, i read that article. its absolutely nuts, i cant believer that they were stranded in the first place! but then to be treated like that by the delta employees? unacceptable. i'm so glad the guys a lawyer, you know if he was poor he would never be able to find somebody to take his case. so i'm glad that this wont happen to anybdy else using delta, i'm sure its happened before but this is just the first guy to be vocal about it. great for him, i hope delta goes down:]

Hey at least they offered to buy him a hotel room for two nights. remember last year when Jet Blue and American held their planes on the runway for 6-10-12 hours and wouldn't even go back to the gate to let the passengers stretch out. These were on 2 or 3 hour flights. And all the passengers are sitting on the runway for half a day.
