 I was told by someone that taking Fish Oil (which has Omega 3) in it, that Fish Oil can help with weight issues plus also help with the lowering of your blood pressure.
Has anyone else heard this?

| taface412 (798) | 5 months ago | That's the way I look at it too....but one piece of advice get the one that is odorless....you most likely will not like burping up fishy odor....and it happens....also make sure you eat something when you take it....if I don't my stomach hurts. But the benefits are worth it. | |

Remember what works for me do not have to work for you.

So if you are looking to lose weight - I hope it works for you. Omega 3 is suppose to be good for many things. Even though I haven't lost weight, I believe in the long run it is still beneficial.
