Are you craving anything special?

It is 2am and I really want a Southern Style Chicken Biscuit from McDonald's. They don't start serving breakfast until 4am. However what I really want is a bacon and egg croussaint from Burger King, but they don't open until 6am. Hopefully I'll just go to sleep.

Hi! I think talking about a craving just makes it worse.^_^ Ive been there too but as of now Im not craving anything at the moment. Yesterday and the other day though I was craving for KFC Fried Chicken just because I thought of it and I remember that I havent eaten one of them since January and KFC Fried Chicken is my favorite. Im not a fan of salads and greens that much but if you really like to have one then you should go for it since it is a salad after all so Im guessing thats pretty low on calories. I hate to admit it but I dont think Ive ever had any good cravings, except for maybe avocadoes but we put it in milk and lots and lots of sugar so I dont think that thats what you had in mind.LOL I am getting in on the pounds too and I better beef up again else my old school uniforms wont fit me in 2 weeks.LOL Anyways, I think its not that bad to crave as long as we dont overdo it. Hi Katesmama! Actually while I was reading this post of yours, I ran to the fridge and gave in to my cravings. haha..I have been craving for a week now for a chocolate bar. With my cravings, any chocolate will do! haha..I have been controlling my cravings for chocolates as a part of my "slimming down". But now is the time to just give in. Thanks to your post! haha.. Talking about my cravings don't help at all, it just makes it worse because I imagine eating it and could taste it. haha..

For me talking a bout a craving would likely make it worse make it worse! Olives have the good fat, yes? But don't let me be a bad influence!

Not really. I used to crave White Castle hamburgers but since I've moved back home and they're only a couple miles away, that craving is gone!

Sometimes I crave tangerines, the sweet kind I've only ever been able to get here. I was 30 years without them! I sure pigged out on them this past year! They're called honey tangerines.

At times I crave chocolate but after a couple pieces it's gone. I crave salads sometimes, too, but then quickly forget about it.

I was craving Z-pizza last night and went and got two, a mediterrean one and sausage and chicken - it ws lo-ve-ly hehe!

I crave seafoods like shrimp and crab. I enjoy lobster also. I like to have these with pasta and an alfredo sauce. A light green salad with a few bacon bits, sunflower seeds, light cheese and an italian dressing is a good addition. I don't worry about losing weight. I eat whatever I want but in small portions. I also eat small meals rather than large meals. I snack on fruits and vegetables.

Not at the moment thankfully sweetheart, but that is probably because I am not trying to deny myself anything! I have often found that if I try to give something up then I get awful cravings for it! xxx

I'm not really craving anything special, but I would like a Reese's cup. That sounds really good right now. And oddly enough, I'm also really thirsty and thinking about apple juice. I know those two sound horrible together. That's why I find that odd lol.

I was at work earlier today and I was thinking that with the weather as warm as it was it would be so nice to have a nice tall glass of beer. Heiniken. Hmm. Something smooth. When I got out I met with some other people who were having the same craving and took care of right away. It was fun to hang with a few people and share stories and to drink beer. I think that is why beer was invented!
