When I can buy a house

This is a goal I intend to achieve as well. I've been looking for a property on and off for 3 years now. I just can't bring myself to buy one since I'm not yet financially ok. But I can't put this thing off.

I think we have to set a timeframe. Say, in 3-5 years time:) For the meantime, it won't hurt to save 20-30% of our salary!

House price is expensive compare to salary here.

Even just want buy a very cheap apartment,
it's take around 5 year for a normal worker that have normal salary,
which if he is not eating, not spending any money from his salary.

Bungalow is available to company owner or big company manager only.

same here, according to your profile. you are from china, what more here in the philippines were richer becomes richer and poorer becomes poorer. you cant even buy a lot here, it is like buying a gold when you ask for lot for sale. cheap lots are sold somewhere far from the main city, that sometime, public vehicle wont even dare to drive you there. buying house and lot means you saved at least few bucks but buying a very far from civilization will just make you spend more in travelling. thats the truth
