Does your family have a set "family day"? What day is it and what do you do?

Our day is also Sunday as my hubby gets this day off. We will try and go to church then we just do stuff together. Sometimes its yard work sometimes its a game or two.

My family day is everyday. As long as we hang out together for a dinner or meal, we consider that as family day. Besides, as long as the activities allow us to interact with each other, we'll enjoy it very much.

We used to do this on Friday evenings during the school year and then on Friday - Saturday during the summer. I came up with 'Family Night' for our family and my wife seemed genuinely surprised by such a thing and often asked me how I came up with such a thing. It was bizarre to me that she couldn't even conceive of a time where we emphasized spending time together and not letting anything else get in the way of it.

My boys and I loved that time.
