 goldeneagle (2083) | 8 months ago | I used to sing in a church choir. It was a small country church, so no one really cared how you sounded. They didn't have an abundance of people to sing, so they were just happy someone was willing. It wasn't until I tried to sing on my own that I really didn't like how I sounded. Maybe I chose the wrong song.
I would give anything to be able to play a guitar. I tried taking lessons when I was kid, but I don't have the patience for it. I don't think I am coordinated enough to put my fingers on the write chords and hit the right strings at the same time, let alone in rhythm. | |

My father is a minister of music and my siblings and I have inherited singing abilities from our parents. I've been singing since...before I can remember. My father always wanted a quartet, so my two brothers sing bass and tenor. My sister sings alto and I sing soprano. We have done family tours around the east coast and I recently came back from a women's trio tour.
My husband sings well and both of my children do.

Yes, i am not a commercial singer, and also i dont have any practice, i have not learn the music through any Guru or so..
I just learnt it by hearing the songs..
Infact i have sing in my school days, in the annual day celebrations and other occations.. and also i had sing the songs in my college culturals also, and even got some prices also..
Finally i sing a song when my husband came to my home to see me.. 5 years back in front of the others.
But for the past 5 years i dont have any commercial experience.

I usally suck when I try to sing in public mainly because I try to keep my voice down because well its embarasing singing in puplic and having people look at you weird. And plus my voice gets scratchy I would love to take singing lessons. | |
