The brain of musicians

Hi cannonball. No I never hear about this. What I know is that the musicians have facility to learn mathematics.

Physical activity can develop brain in different pattern. Any activity. It depends on what you play.
In general, active musicians develop additional skills.
Same for people active in sport or craft.
Musicians, when playing or listening to music, tend to use the left hemisphere.
The planum temporale responsible for auditory processing is bigger in left hemisphere compare to non musicians.
