FIshing Line Hem  | |  Have any of you sewn ruffles with fishing line in the hem to make it hold its ruffle? I am trying to make a skirt with stiff ruffles and I would like to make some full ruffles to use as trim on pants and capris. Does anyone know what I am talking about? It is used a lot in pageants to make the cupcake style skirts. I would appreciate any help or tips from you all. Please respond with techniques. Thank you!
