 A friend of mine likes ice cream but she is worried about the saturated fat in it...
I was wondering what would be a good substitute for it for her:
Frozen Yogurt,
or
Ice Milk,
or
Sherbit,
or
Light Ice Cream
Which would be better for her?
Which tastes better?

1.  OceanTiara (1650) | 5 months ago |  This may be totally contrary to what your friend may like but there is a product called Keifer by Lifeway Products that is loaded with rich probiotics which are so good for the body.
It comes in many flavours and is drinkable and I found a great replacement for ice cream as it satisfies the craving for the cream.
It is usually sold in good grocery stores or even health stores..I wish I could order it offline but they do not do that.
It is YUMMY! to me:)*

| Jakesnake1978 (1155) | 5 months ago |  I would definitely prefer light/fat free frozen yogurt to substiture for regular ice cream. Regardless of which brand. So either brand is good. I am trying to choose what is best. I am trying to keep healthy. You know what I certainly mean? How about you? My favorite flavors are vanilla and chocolate.
