Michigan and Florida back in half way.

How was the temperature in Hell today???? I think it needs to cool off there a bit more before it happens.

Voting is no different in Florida than it is in any other state. The mess back in 2000 was because Al Gore was a sore loser who demanded 5 recounts and even after every recount showed him losing he still claimed they weren't counting every vote. This time the DNC decided to disenfranchise voters because the primary was held in January. Suddenly counting every vote isn't their priority. It's not Florida that's the problem, it's the democrats.

This insanity that the DNC calls democracy is weird.

Why they haven't adopted the same winner take all that the Republicans have is beyond me. And having these primaries run for so long too....

But it wasn't Florida that was so upset. It was Michigan and the Hillary supporters I think.
Florida's reps were just happy to get anything because "Roolz iz roolz".

But the Michigan folks who didn't have the Republican house reps ramming an illegal (by DNC rules) election through.
Michigan just decided that they were going at a specified time because of New Hampshire. two wrongs don't make a right I was taught.
Anyway, their votes count for something but the division of delegates has pist off Hillary's bunch.

They wanted their cake and eat it too. Sorry. Sometimes you have to do right even when it hurts you.

Michigan became a real problem, as Obama wasn't on the ballot at all. He get votes even though people didn't vote for him. I'm not a supporter of either person before everyone starts jumping up and down reading this post.

I'm very sorry for her, that she needs to feel this compulsive need to win and to win at all costs.....and I wouldn't be surpirsed if she stooped to cheating.

Ok, back to the voting issue, I, think, that no matter what Hillary and her supporters are going to cry foul and at some point she is going to hve to realize that there is no hope of her getting the nomination, even with Michigan and Florida.....

I think that the 2 states should be dang blasted happy and shut up....that's my opinion on it, but it appears that Hillary is going to continue this knock down drag out fight, and if they don't start working for some unity and soon, the Democrats are going to hand the election to the Republicans on a silver platter, or to another candidate.

As far as Hillary bowing out gracefully, and doing it now, it won't happen, as much as I think it needs to happen it won't happen.

She's a sore looser, and what she thought would be an easy ticket is now slipping from her grasp, and I fear that any person running any female that may attempt to run for the presidency will be hindered by what Hillary has done this election.

I was really heartened that there was some concept of rules being rules despite the apparent heavier weighting of one state over another.

It is the fundemental difference between the US and every other country in the world (except Switzerland) that government should be weighted one way in Congress and still another way in the Senate.
Between those two and the Presidency, no one of the three can dominate the other.

That democratically, makes the USA unique in the world.

But the rules of the DNC allowed for a partial redress of delegate votes. They have that now.

Now they need only dispence with this dumb primary and the lustful denial of common sense. Fortunately that happens tomorrow.

I really hope a decision is made then. I can't stand to see Hillary belabour and overwork her claims to the popular vote through exclusion of caucus states. What are those who attend caucuses? Chopped liver?

Sorry. I think we are all watching a train wreck taking place. But, if there is any consolation, Tuesday is the last primary.
Kind of amazed at the polarity between Clinton and Obama though.
Even after all the apparent push to get her to quit, she gets amazing upsets from places like Puerto Rico and a 68/32 spanking from those people. It was a margin she needed to carry on, but the final two states also have to be carried that way for her claims to carry too.

However, when you suggest that the Republicans are going to take away free speech nd make out the monitoring of people out to be some kind of assault on your liberty, let me ask you this?

Do you think it's okay to publicly speak out against any race? Do you believe in freedom for the KKK or that nutbar church group that protests at the funerals of fallen soldiers? I suspect not. So in fact, you likely fall within the realm of common sense and really do think it's okay to restrict some 'freedom to speak and show intolerance based on where your mom and dad came from' by people.

Do you believe the rights of the criminal are greater than the rights of the innocent people those criminals afflict and destroy? Do you believe that the innocent are not the subjects of any viewing of videos? Do you believe that the viewing of video images in high crime areas might not be for catching crooks? There is no problem with cameras if you are doing no wrong.

If the government is tapping your phone lines and computer connection and you are worried about them doing it, what are you doing wrong? Do you think law enforcement agencies have so much manpower that they can focus on the law abiding to the exclusion of drug dealers, smugglers of people and illegal goods, terrorists and a whole host for filthy scum that is working our systems against the law abiding in the name of "FREEDOM"?

So many people feel 'entitled' to something no matter what it is they do. Everyone has 'rights' except the person who is doing it according to rules.
