Im watching saturday night live, and their musical guests tonight are my morning jacket, ive never heard of them before, was wondering if anyone else had?

They were pretty good, the songs they played didnt really get me to listen that much though, I was on here and they were half way thru the first song before I noticed lol. I love heavy metal and rock music nad all that, but I would definetly have to listen to more of their songs before I said if I liked them or not. | |

They're kind of offbeat and play an eclectic range of music/songs. Sometimes they have a rock sound (little Neil Young), sometimes a little country, sometimes a little like Flaming Lips. A few of my favorite songs are I'm Amazed, Off the Record, Gideon, and One Big Holiday.

I do however love Saturday Night Live, I remember all the old shows, but I really don't watch it anymore, as it is really not that funny, since all the really good people that made the show "have left", but when I think back, I used to watch it back in the day, and I would laugh:). | |
