Richard Cheney's bad joke on West Virginia  | |  Question: Vice Pres Richard Cheney made a joke like this: He found out both his father's and mother's sides had a Cheney. Then he said they didn't even live in West Virginia. That comment drew criticism and later he apologized. He must have referred to some incidents in West Virginia. Senator Byrd (W.Va.) said that Cheney's comments were "an insult to all Americans." He also said that Cheney "showed contempt and astounding ignorance toward his own countrymen." (See CNN story).
Cheney is a political dinosaur. Thankfully, he will be out soon.

He's supposed to ve Vice President of the UNITED STATES but, he said it himself, it's fine to diss an entire state when he doesn't need their votes anymore. What an a$$hole!
