Did he cheat

Kevin and Dianne have known Tammy and George for 9 months. they live next door to each other in a duplex. In the duplex next to them live Carl and Kathy, who have known Tammy and George for almost 3 years. Carl and George are co-workers.

All the guys' like to get together, have a few drinks, smoke some weed and hang out. They get together at Kevin and Diannes' house since both Kathy and Tammy have children and are not interested in partying so much. Kathy is expecting her third child. She has morning sickness, morning, noon, and night and often rejects Carl's sexual advances due to lack of desire.

Lately Carl has been coming home late everyday; 8,9, even as late as 10 o'clock at night. Kathy knows he is not working, and she decides to look over the fence to see if he is stopping by Kevin's and Dianne's place first. Sure enough, he is there. She thinks he is stopping by just to drink and pary before coming home, Kevin however, is not there; he works as late as 9, sometimes 10. Now for three weeks this goes on and Kathy finally confronts Carl and asks him if he is having an affair? Carl laughs at her telling her that she being a jealous housewife does not look good on her. This continues for two more weeks. By the fifth week Carl is coming straight home from work everyday. Curious as to why Carl is now coming home, Kathy asks him why he is not going over to Kevin and Dianne's anymore. He tells her that Kevin said he didn't appreciate coming home and finding me there with his wife.

Things are back to normal now and Kathy goes to Tammy's house for a visit. Carl asks Kathy while she is there to stop by and ask Dianne when Kevin will be home, he has something for him. Kathy knocks on the door of Kevin and Dianne's and notices a car out in front realizing that Dianne has company. She knocks again, and as she does a man comes to the door; buttoning the last two buttons on his shirt and tucking it into his pants. Dianne is behind him straightening up her shirt and pulling her hair back. Kathy gets a strong feeling that she just interrupted an intimate moment.

Kathy goes to Tammy's house and tells Tammy what she saw and asked Tammy if she knows who the man is. Tammy tells her that the man is Kevin's older brother and has been staying there for about a week, and as far as Dianne goes, Tammy tells Kathy she would not trust her with any man and that Dianne has alot of them coming over while Kevin is at work. She also tells Kathy that Dianne was living with Kevin's best friend and she left him for Kevin.

Several weeks pass before Kathy goes to visit Tammy again. When she gets there she notices boxes and misc. things lying out side of Kevin and Dianne's place and it looks like they are moving. She asks Tammy what is going on? Tammy tells Kathy: When Kevin came home the other night, he found Dianne had left him for his brother. Kevin then, packed up as much of the house as he could, loaded up his truck and moved out. They were never seen again.

Now, the question is this: Did Carl cheat on Kathy? Tell me if you think he did or not; and why you think so.
