 hello friends, i wanted to ask you this simple question that whether you have gone for a date or not?
actually i wanted to know what should i do in my first date. i have never gone for a date until now and am going on my first date after two days and so i wish to know what should i wear, and where should i take her to and what all things should i do. i am really very excited about this.
friends i am really confused what to do. should i give hera gift say something like a ring or like that or should i give her a bunch of tulips. what should i do? help mylotter's help!!!

Give her some flower's if yu like, that would be a nice jesture. And go to the movies, or to a coffee shop..Make it simple so you both have a good time..Good luck...Lori

No, I have not been on a single date. I have no faith in such things. Moreover, I live in India, and it is simply not our culture. It might work for the westerners, but here in India, after dating for one year or two years (which usually comprises of visits to parks and ice cream parlors and hotels), the actual serious question of marriage sets in and everything goes phut when family members ask questions about race, caste, financial status, and khandan. And after that, a girl has to struggle to get a decent match. No problem for the boy. He will find another "date."
Above scenario was when I was a teenager. I guess things have changed among the youth now. Maybe "dating" has become part of Indian culture, and "arranged marriages" are going out of our cultural system. Anyway, I don't want to spoil your mood with my usual "kiri kiri" or "piri piri." Have fun!!

You should pay for everything on the first date.
Most importantly, be yourself (including what you wear.
My experience told me I did not receive a gift on my first date.
