Oil gas prices

There seems to be no stopping in the weekly oil price hike!
As of this weekend, diesel prices are now P50.50, and unleaded gasoline stands at P58.50

Help ..........

I don't have the intention of replying to this idiotic and laughable post Cindy but can't help myself to applaud you here my friend. Well said and well explained.. i just hope those rusty minds can understand this. Kudos to you, way to go!

Ok, then i apologize if i did not spell it to you clearly. Such a long post really. The basic price of oil is the same wherever you go. It only gets marked up depending on the volume and the suppliers from which you get the fuel. Simple supply and demand honey! Apparently the US buys a great deal of oil and they can get better premiums. I do not know how this can be controlled by the government. Any ideas? Please feel free to suggest. Also, price of oil is not based on "singapore crude". Crude is crude wherever you go. Rice is bought at a high price from farmers because it costs a lot to produce rice here than to import it. It is not NFA's stupidity to sell price at a lower cost because the price of rice is subsidized. Subsidies are taken from taxes. I'd appreciate if you have better suggestions than being emotional and all honey. You mentioned blahblahblahblah, about, taxes, and smuggled oil and all that nonsense which is totally nonsense and then you mention economics which you barely know anything about, based on your arguments...so well blahblahblahblah...read more, it's good for the soul. 1. NFA not stupid for buying rice at 25 pesos and selling them for 18 pesos when they can buy that for 9 to 11 pesos from our farmers! Wow, i do not know what stupidiy is!

2. I know damn well what subsidy is. As if this regime knows how to properly subsidize the poor sectors. if it really wants to help the poor thru subsidies, giving them doleouts isn't the objective way to do it. ask any tom d!ck and harry and they know this. simple logic.

3. knowing and understanding economics depends on each person. theories can help but won't put food on the table. that is what you knew. zealots not only refer to religious followers but also to evil followers who do not want to open their eyes on what is happening around us. No wonder all her followers are losing and so stupid enough not to know it. Anyway, i only read engels and marx for my economic lessons, enough to understand what corruption, manipulations and subsidies are.

4. yeah, i know you do not what to believe what you do not want to hear but the corrpution i just stated are true. in fact, those involved just inherited it from the erap regime.

The singapore crude is a pricing system of singapore. it does not pertain to crude oil because they do not have oil. they use this pricing system which is a bit higher to discourage its citizens to use their car and instead use the public transport. The thing is why did out government approved the use of this system?

About the dole-outs, there you go again...there are dole outs and there are subsidies, and dole outs do not equal to subsidies, FYI. Think again. It is not often that you see the poor who have barely anything to eat, getting drunk and smoking packs of cigarrettes. I tell you, poverty is the result of overpopulation and wrong priority settings by the poor. I rather that we start disciplining the majority of the population than treat them like babies.

@everlasting: what do you want to do? Have Ate Glow give a lap dance to the Jews who control oil? lol We have no choice but to follow Singapore crude. If we don't want to do that then we can follow the New York markets. (Which is basically the same.) Even rich countries like Japan or China have no choice but to follow the markets.

What slight changes? Oil increased by 35% this year alone!
