Ever had to pause during a conversation | | Not because you had nothing to say but because you felt that silence could say more. It appens frequently when you feel very close to a person but he/she does not know/share your feelings.Do you feel embarrassed at such situations?

Once I was feeling really sad and upset and when I was asked if I was okay I had to stop and think how I truly wanted to answer that question. My friend understood that my silence meant that I was not okay and she helped me get through my rough time. I think that it takes a lot of courage but good things can come from it.
