Do you find comfort.....  | |  Do you find comfort in food. I mean when you're depressed do you find yourself craving for food like chocolates, pizzas. pastas and the likes and wold you regret it later on specially when you gained weight?

I have seen this shows where there are those folks that are really large from eating to much and they got to hospitals to help them loose weight and get surgery done for it too. But as for me no not a craving like that. Have a nice one.

It is said Chocolates make our Body release certain hormones, which make us feel less stressed.
Other sweet foods act in more or less the same way.
