Homework questions on Yahoo Answers

I have no problem helping people, but you can tell when they want you to do it for them. I think in the long run, these people will only short themselves, for the knowledge they could have gained, they exchanged for their laziness...Some day they'll realize they don't know much...and so will others.

I rarely use Yahoo Answers for any of the questions that I have so I am completely clueless as to how this is being used by people. If they use it for homework then good for them. This is a free world after all and getting answers from Yahoo Answers doesn't mean it is the right answer or that it will educate the ones asking the questions. I bet there is a whole world of knowledge out there than the ones being given in Yahoo Answers.

I have never posted questions online for homework questions. I have put questions that I hadn't been able to find answers to, but they were never homework related. I have occasionally done searches and responses came up from yahoo questions, but I never went there looking for them.

i have no problem to help them,if they not getting there answers,then what is abd to help them?

i don't use Yahoo Answers. i only stumble upon it whenever i'm searching for something in the internet. they'd be one of the search results and i just click on the link and see if they would be helpful for my search. sometimes they are helpful sometimes the answers aren't accurate. anyway, what i do think is, i'm not agree with getting answers for a homework in Yahoo Answers. there'd be no real effort on that. i guess its okay if the person is just getting opinions and they won't use the answers in Yahoo Answers as their actual answers in their homework. its okay if they are just getting a pool of data. but i don't agree if they are using the answers there as their actual answers, copy it, paste it, print it and then submit it to the teacher. that's not a real effort. they are depending on other people to think for them. and they should remember that not all the things they get in the internet are accurate. they should do their own research and work on their own homework.

I am not actually on yahoo answers now. I was there before but I
think they are only using what we know for their own profit, unlike
here in myLot.

But in those times that I was there, I think I have answered
some homeworks. These homeworks are those which are accounting
related. It is because I want to improve my knowledge and
sharpen my skills more in accounting. That way, I am learning
while answering their questions.
