 How many mylotter like crab and lobster? I could eat sea food every day, King prawns are juicy I love them in a Granery Roll with salad Yummmm! I like making Rissoto with crab and prawns there are so many dishes you can make with sea food. What do you do with sea food?

We take them home, clean them up, steam them, and then make crab and potato cakes with them. I'm not a huge fan of the flavor of the crab on it's own, but mixed in with other things, it tastes quite appetizing.

I have seen it countless times on the swanky coookin' shows. But aside from the quick glimpses of it, I have no idea how to prepare it or anything.
Now should you decide to help me on this, you are guiding the blind and I will need absolutely detailed instructions or I will screw it up. You should have seen how hard it was for the ladies here to teach me how to make a gravy. But I did master it and can now make a kickass gravy. I made a rich mushroom gravy last night for supper.
So, how do you make it please?

I cheat and cook my rice first then I add bits to it and stir in a wok. I stirfry shallots,peppers anything else I can find and add spices then I add the cooked rice and stir, then I add seafood or any thing else I like. Not a very good cook but its edible.lol I think I out to ask for help dont you He He. I cant make gravy only gravy granuals and add boiling water! I bet that mushroom gravy was lovely how about you cook some for me I will be with you in a jiffy. lol | |

I like catfish friend once in a while, and I like flounder and clams and fried oysters.. and oyster soup.. and that is about it. I could probably eat oyster soup every day.. I love it with hot sauce and crackers.
