Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Maybe those PTC sites are scams? Since you just signed up for those maybe you might want to unregister and choose other sites with safer contents. The PTCs I have mostly have business-related ads which I don't really look at anyway.:) You can check out some of the discussions here on myLot for help. Those under "make extra money" have a lot of links to supposedly great PTCs.:) Cheers!

They should also consider telling us the ads which are of those nature. Better note the name of those sites so that you may not click it in the presence of kids.

I have noticed this happening too. One site had put a new adult category but then they had an adult link not in this category. My toddlers are a bit young to really understand but I will be trying to eliminate sites that do this so that I do not have them up when they are older and notice what is going on.

Hi mamacathie. Most reputable PTCs don't allow adult sites in their pages. They would even express that in their terms. However, some of their advertisers would sneak in those links. You may want to let them know that you found some offensive photos in the site.

The sites displaying 'those ' ads also say thaye are 18+
There are many sites displaying them but all are stating that they are adult ads so I see no reason why you should delte your account. Just avoid opening the ads that are labelled as 18+

First check whether you have redeemed any payments from your PTC.It may be a scam site.Many are prevailing there on the web, so better be careful while choosing your PTC, they may never pay you .
And you may be wasting both your time,money & bandwidth on it.They pay meagerly & the ones that pay well are most probably the frauds.
So, better choose some other way to earn online.You may go for creative writing.There are some good sites like Informative Post that pay well & recognize your talent.
That's a lot better way than these silly PTCs.

I don't have account with any PTC sites this time. I tried it before but I never experience what you have experienced. I really don't have any idea on how to stop this one, since it might be a part of the site's advertisements. So I think we just have to let our kids or grandchildren away from us when we do the clicking for they might see those adult pictures.

Yes i have and it really upsets me that is just not right,and i it is just disgusting.I know that they have sites like that but i no need in seeing them,and like you said my grand-daughter likes to watch me when i am on the computer.

I did have a questionable site come up one time on ClixSense. Thankfull, my sons were already in bed for the night so they didn't witness the ad. Our youngest also likes to sit with me while I click away.
