How long does it take for you to go to sleep after u get into bed?

It depends on the day for me, my trouble is when I have a song stuck in my head.Some times 20 or 30mins, sometimes an hour or two,but i have gone to bed about 10.30 woke up about 13.30 and not been able to go to sleep at all. So I got up at 6 instead of 7, and didn feel that bad all day.

I am a lot like your husband. Most nights I can be asleep within about 5 minutes of laying down. Of course, part of that is probably the fact that I get up at 3:30 most mornings and run until around 11 at night before I finally fall into bed.

When I was younger, it used to take me an hour or more to go to sleep. I would toss and turn, stare at the clock and wish for sleep. I am not sure what changed as I got older.

It usally takes me a few hours to fall asleep. I have a hard time falling asleep I have a lot of stuff on my mind and well with the internet it dosnt help because Im always on here till late trying to make more money and that dosnt help with my sleep lol. The only time I can fall asleep instantly is when im just very tired and as soon as I lay down I fall asleep.

No matter how tired i am or not at all tired it takes me approximately half an hour to sleep after going on bed.My wife falls into siesta within 2-3 minutes whenever she wants to sleep in night.Also while on journey its a must for her.Though one dissimilarity between you and me here,i dont get jealous i get angry.Well a normal human being falls into sleep within 7 minutes of going to bed.
