 my youngest has been hating to go anywhere, and needless to say today is one of those days we had to take him out to buy new shoes, his old ones were GROSS and I mean gross, so my husband and i decided to take them shoe shopping he didn't wanna go didn't want to find socks you name it, so I bribed him with a trip to 5 below for going shoe shopping and putting up with doing something he didn't want to do, I got him a little match box car and some sidewalk chalk
But good grief even at payless you don't PAY LESS, 4 pairs of shoes, cost us 95.00 after tax.....cripe....
there goes 2 months of earnings from mylot and my PTC ventures.
>sigh< its getting so one can't live anymore.

$95 is not bad for 4 pairs of shoes, thats only $23 or so including atx per pair. The only place you will probably find cheaper shoes is the dollar stores, good will or possibly Wal-Mart. I know I got a pair of tennis shoes for my son at Target for $10.

I would have a hard time with paying that for kids' shoes. It costs around $75 for just hubby and I. But we are not growing out of them. We just wear them out.

I like to do alot of my shopping online, even though I have to pay the shipping charge. I can find some really dood deals sometimes and get free shipping too. It daves the tripo and gas. I use my online earnings for bills, food and you name it also.

They have almost half as many pairs as I do and it makes my husband nuts. It is not my fault that he only has a pair or two of shoes LOL! Sorry to hear at how expensive it was I use to love Pay Less but I haven't been shoe shopping with the high gas prices. I miss it a lot!
