all people have to eat to survive and to take energy to the body, if you working or not working did you schedule time for eat dinner or you can eat your dinner at any time you like. for me if i am working for afternoon shift then my dinner will around 11pm to 12am and if my shift is morning then my dinner will around 8pm, what about you. did you plan it or not.

I prefer to eat dinner earlier because it is not good to sleep when stomach is full, so I always take mine between 7 to 8 and it is always a light dinner consisting of mostly veggies and fruits. Then I go to bed at 10!

yeah i have to take 10 minute above to rest before i go to sleep.. someone said if you just sleep after taking foods then you easy become fatty.
