How do you take vitamin c?

I take vitamin C capsules every morning.

Yes I do! one tablet a day.

I am infusing myself with vitamin c all the time because i believe in its potential.


I usually take it through fresh fruits and vegetables but when I get too busy to buy them, I just take food supplement with its equivalent.


I still prefer the freshies, though.

I do not take vitamins in pils.About vitamin C that is very important to our health in generaly and skin I everyday in the mornibg take one spoon with olive oil and lemon and drink it.Also I drink everyday a cup from half lemon and water and we use to eat everyday all kind of vegetables that have this vitamin C too.

i take vitamin c through oral medications.. there are available over the counter vitamin c drugs that you can buy.. at home, i just eat fruits that contains vitamin c like oranges, sunkists, etc.. they are natural sources of vitamin c and i think i like it better drinking real orange juice than the once which are made commercially and sold as powdered juice drinks..

I eat lots of fruits

I include vegetables in my daily diet. Fruits especially Citrus fruits like lemen, orange etc are very good sources of Vitamin C. I will have fruits daily. Gooseberry also contains a lot of vitamin C and Iron.
