dou you eat a salad or green salad every lunch?

I agree, I think a meal often isn't complete without a salad. I think this is especially true when I make myself a sandwich. Unless the sandwich is something like jam I will always put salad in it, I think otherwise it is very boring to eat, say, just bread and meat. Plus its healthy and that's always a bonus!

I usually don't eat salads unless I go out to eat somwhere. I never eat them at home I don't know why I just don't. I like salads once in awhile but I like just the simple side salads and please leave off the tomatos.

I hardly eat salad with my lunches but my dad always has lettuce with his lunch.
When I do decide to have salad I make it with cabbage, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and a dash of garlic salt. Chill it a little and boy that is the yummiest salad ever!
I do like cole slaw alot but only make it when I am having pelau.

So basically I hardly eat green salads, I really should start to eat them more often, my dad keeps telling me to do so.

I should definitely do that!
A couple years ago, I went on a diet
and ate nothing but fruits and bread
and veggies and lost so much weight.

I was so skinny and happy and had
better health. Now I have trouble
losing weight and rarely eat vegetables
anymore.

Perhaps I will start the salad diet again.
I had much success with that.
