i used to have a Cup of Coffee in the morning, and used to took and another cup of coffee at around 4 pm in the evening. thats all, Even if i have not get the evening Coffee i have no problem, i can very well skip that too.
as for as the Tea is concern, i dont it from my childhood onwards, i dont know,why?
But i have tasted once, when i was in the office meeting in the Star Hotel, by that time, i am not in a position to avoid that, and also i am not in a position to change the same to coffee, because we have more clints from abroad, in front of them i suppose to maintain such things.. so, i drunk the same, by have a talk with them, and also have a mouth of water along with that.. i have not much tasted that tea also.. but i cann't say its so bad, since it was in very hot, i just like that drunk the Tea..
That is the First and last time i had tea, in my life time, as of now..
If you had a tea (hot) before sleep, how will you get the sleep??

Its sure im not taking just before sleep, like just 10 min before lol If i take this its maybe a hour before sleep, or maybe 30 min, but i rarely now take tea before sleep. i prefer take in evening. | |
