Do you use eye drops to relax your eyes?

I do have eye irritation sometimes. I dont use eyedrops rather i use cucumber. I cut cucumber into small circles, close my eyes, keep it on top of my eyes. That's it. It gives you what you want

I use eye drops when I am wearing contact lenses!

It is true that we strain our eyes looking at the monitor for a long time. So, what i do, i turn my attention from the monitor to something else in between, say every ten minutes, or get up and look out of the window, to see some trees and people walking on the road, and return after a couple of minutes, and resume from where i had left. I do not use eye drops, to relex.

I dont like to use any eye drops to relax,a long term use can harm my eyes,It is good to do this for eyes-fill water in ur mouth and then splash cold water on ur both eyes using ur right palm,u will find that afterwards when u bring out water from ur mouth,it is warm!!!!!It is most popular remedy to relax .I also stare at greenary to relax,it is good!U can do palming also,rub palms of both hands and then cover both eyeswith both palms!
