The Other Myspace Case  | |  I thought that this title would be perfect since that are so many cases where Myspace is involved. This one is the case where the mother made up a boys name in order to harrass a 13 year old girl. This, they believe, played a factor in the girls suicide. I say, that whether it had anything to do with it our not, this lady needs to be procsecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
The reason that I say this is because she has a child of her own that is the same age as the girl that killed herself. Did it not once occur to her that someone could do the very same thing to her child? How would she feel? There could have been other things going on with this teen, just like most teen, but this definitely played a big part in her not being here any more. I think that this case will be ground breaking in that it will bring about a lot of laws that should have been inacted/inforced a long time ago. What do you think of all this?

One thing that gets me is that the woman showed no remorse. How do you not care that you caused a girl to kill herself??
Yeah, I think they need to make an example of her.
You can't just mess with people's heads like that without worrying about the possible outcome.

This is why I put, the other Myspace case. I do not think that this mother has taken responsibility for what she has done. By the end of the case she will have no other choice though. | |

I mean, she can be prosecuted for killing the girl. She did commit suicide because of the "boy" breaking up with her. The boy who never existed lead to this girl to become extremely depressed and lead to her suicide. As I remember, I think the family didn't charge them for anything. They just ruined some pool table or foosball or something and left it on their front lawn. But I believe that the police should sentence these women to jail for ATLEAST a year.
