Do you sleep with complete silence or need a specific sound?

I can sleep in silence. But if I am tired so much, then could sleep even if there are sounds and light. I like to sleep listening music put in a very low volume.

theirs no problem for me if theirs a sound or not as long as i am sleepy, i can sleep the whole night.

I prefer quiet, or the sound of the ceiling fan, but my husband sometimes wants to fall asleep listening to music so he plays the walkman. As a teenager I used to like falling asleep to music but I'm a very light sleeper these days.

I can easily be disturbed because of a specific noise with that I need to sleep in silence. However when I am so tired, that is the time, that A particular sound will not distract me at all. But I really prefer to sleep in silence, sometimes quiet music helps.

I can fall asleep in any environment:) In the past when I was single, sometimes I would turn on the music when I was sleeping. Then I got married and now I had to hear his snores at night.

I like to have a fan on when I sleep, but only when I sleep in an area where there is a lot of noise. My apartment complex can be noisy. Also, there is a walkway that goes right by my bedroom window and people walk around and talk loudly late into the night. So, I run the fan to sort even out the sound. When I am out in the country and it's really dark and quiet, I don't need a fan or anything else as I sleep just fine.

I want to sleep silently, I don't want with music. I hate when I hear some noises. I get easily distracted when I heard some scratches or bark of my dog, I am very sensitive to noise and some times I am scared of hearing some strange noise in the middle of the night. I prefer listening to music before during my teenage years, maybe I've changed a lot. Well, I am adult now facing different world now, I don't know It just some thing might just change for a reasons.

Doing a hard days work and having a good supper makes me sleepy.I just stroll for some time and then go to bed with my good friend a small radio.I dont prefer to plug the ears but hear the songs from the speaker.this gives me a relaxation for the days hard work.I am habituated in this way for several years.I will go to sleep in this fashion.

Being a mother I can sleep with noise or without it. If I close my eyes chances are that I am going to sleep regardless of what is going on around me. After almost 13 years of broken sleep I have the ability to sleep anywhere, any time, and with little noise or a marching band in the house. I feel sorry for my husband that can be talking to me and look over only to see me sound asleep sitting up on the couch LOL.

Its silence for me:P ... Though i dont mind a good jazz number before i head to bed to calm me down .. or some old rock:)
