 Can you sleep comfortably to sofa? Me,every time I got home I laid down to sofa and have a nap. When I got up,I feel refresh and gain energy.

I prefer to have my afternoon nap in the sofa as the air is cooler in the sitting room. After having my afternoon meal, I like reading newspaper and listening to music in the same time sitting on the sofa. This would then make me feel drowsy and fall to sound sleep very soon.

I don't know if it's because the cushions are thick and there isn't as much pressure or what.
I know if my back is hurting bad and can lay kind of on my side and let my back rest on the back of the couch and it really helps, I guess it supports me.
