Tests and stress.......

whenever i feel stress at work i make sure that on my days off i would do something new or travel in a place i have never been...that way i forget my stress at work and feel renewed to handle another week of stress. why dont you try that...like on a weekend go to the beach or somewhere or try something you havent done like bungee jumping hehe or go hiking...im pretty sure come monday you will feel renewed and fresh...

You know, though I deny it most of the times, I always get stressed when it comes to midterms and finals. I love student life, but I wish there could be another way of evaluating. I've found that to prevent most of the stress a great technique is to start all semester log. Everyday after you've learned something new at school, just go home and go a summary or go over it. This way, when the time comes for final exams, you're ready and have studyed most of the contents, this really helps you in getting better grades and in reducing the stress you face.

Students should be given a few hols before the xams and given stuff like councelling

Hi ajithantony, it's the main issue on students and stress. My degree time experienced did teach me everything. It was too stressed because of the bad time management. I have to admit that. One of my university mate killed herself because she couldn't absorb the pressure on the exam's result. She hang out herself between two lockers in her room. when her roommate came back she was so shocked and ran away for 2 days. So I hope all of us could do the better time management in order to avoid these things. This friday, I'll register for my master course and for sure I'm going to start a new life, new spirit and for sure I want to achieve the best result in my academic. So, whenever we get that stress, try to relax and try to overcome the problem slowly. The most important over all, don't be out of mind to suicide. We have such long journey to go!

I get stressed from school.
