Is it Vain to want the real thing & not a generic? I love Coach ...  | |  I would not buy a generic ... even in tough times. I just wouldn't buy a new purse. I'm not a vain person by any means. I usually purchase everything else on clearance because I do seek out the best deals all the time - I even shop for groceries with coupons. I just happen to really love Coach. I know they are not the super most expensive brand, but they are also not cheap by any means. My friend had a friend who sold the generic bags, and she got one, but I just didn't even think twice about it. I want the real thing or nothing... is that crazy?

Although there is nothing wrong with shopping for a deal. Everyone is entitled to have what they want, and if thats your thing, then okay. Nothing wrong with it.
