Yeehey!!! Celtics Wins the NBA Title

Good for you cuz your a fan of them.... On the other hand, we loss the game...:-(

As I read his comments on the paper today, I believe that he is maturing as a player. He is accepting their defeat and have learned a lesson. He had already experienced being a champion before as well as losing before. Therefore, losing the finals is not new to him. But the good thing is that they are still young and they can come back next year, and the years to come.

It is about time the celtics win. As I am typing, I am wearing my beautiful Celtic jersey because it's the best.

I beg to differ; I think Kobe Bryant didn't lack good players on his yellow-and-gold side. Pau Gasol and Lamar Odom are high-profile names who just happened to be unable to deliver the goods in the Finals. I am pretty sure that they'll be a better, more dangerous team next year, especially with the maturity earned by the Lakers' very young (and talented) roster, and more importantly, Andrew Bynum's return from his season-ending injury.

Bryant's ego has shown some maturity, as well. Only this last season we saw him talking trash about his teammates before eventually giving in and playing - just playing, and very well, too - for his team. The inclusion of Gasol and the prior flashes of brilliance shown by Bynum prior to his being sidelined were enough to convince him that this Lakers team could very well be the year's champions, only it so happened that a better, more experienced team in the Boston Celtics were the ones to face them in the NBA Finals.

Barring any roster meltdowns and bad managing decisions, the Los Angeles Lakers are the team to watch out for in the next couple of years. They're in as fast a rise in basketball as any team could want, and in contrast, the Celtics are aging, and would need their expensive veterans to pass on some valuable lessons to their youngsters should they want to contend for the titles in the seasons to come.
