have you ever analyzed the way your own mind/ brain works?  | | 
Okay, I guess I've started a strange question right now. 
I have recently found out the way my own mind (brain) works.:P No wonder there were times when I just got stuck in updating my projects and only faced hours of frustration.
It seemed like in every hour, a human's mind (brain) would always have an up and down (fluctuate) in handling the thought (either solving a hard problem or whatever) for certain range of minutes.
I meant ... I found mine like this:
In every one hour, my brain would meet the maximum 45 minutes of full capability of thinking [the best thought/ solving it could], and then the remaining 15 minutes I would feel like it refused to think more on the same thing. LOL. So sometimes I feel myself like a Windows OS (well ... just example, Friend) that could work fully in 45 minutes, then when it entered the last 15 minutes phase of that hour, my mind would enter the phase of "having screen saver". LOL.
So, if I obeyed the way my mind fluctuated during the day, my update towards the work project would be good. So if I kept 45 minutes working 15 minutes giving my mind (brain) a 'treat' for its hard working, for every one working hour, I would work well during the day.
But if I forced my mind to "turn back" to its 45 minutes phase when it should have its 15 minutes 'screen saver' phase, my mind/ brain would rebel on me and I couldn't even think any longer. LOL.
Have anyone analyzed how their brain/ mind handle things? I think it's really interesting to know how our own mind/ brain works!

I took a test online recently and it said that I'm balanced brained. You know, instead of just using the left or right? So I use both sides equally in my daily life. That's kind of neat, right? I don't think I've had many screen saver moments, but most of the time it was probably when I couldn't sleep. I think it's really cool how our brain works.

hi lynn, thanks for sharing too. that's good that you also know the way your brain work and how you have to take a break for a while and do something else before going back to it again.
I think by recognizing the way our brain works, we would know how to treat it and how to 'ask' it work without overloading it.

But, it is all true, my brain is very different, well, I guess everyone's brain is different, but I process things slow at times, and then at times I process as clear as day. I am too busy thinking, but I do know that sometimes I do not think I know how to do something, but just like a flash, I can do it. For instance, even though I did not squint my forehead, or say, "oh how does this thing work," I can unfold a lawn chair when no one else can. I can hear a piece of music and play the exact notes. I was trying my Spanish lessons and even though I thought I could not do it, I was able to get most of the questions right. But if you are talking about when my mind is the sharpest, I have no idea. It just keeps going on and on.
