someone hurt my feelings but when i said how i felt, i ended up feeling worse:(

We are just human beings and we have feelings. And many times we experienced being hurt. The way we respond to it will result either we will feel better or worst. You may still harbor in your heart the bitterness toward the friend that hurt you. Having a forgiving spirit is the secret of feeling better. I learned this some years ago, and it feels good to just forgive and forget. Let's show we are more mature than those who hurt us. Let God do the revenge!

I understand how you feel... a couple of weeks ago i also fought with my best friend but spent about a whole week before I told him how i felt... then when I told him we just quarreled more... so I stopped conversing to him... but we've gone through so much already.. so when we saw each other a few days after that we just laughed at it as if nothing happened... but I still didn't like what he did to me... but then I didn't want to make a big deal out of it anymore... because it'll just make me look bad...

I think because you care about your friend. You must have treated him or her well, so when he or she didn't do the same and instead, did something horrible to you, it is quite reasonable to be sad. I think you are a very kind person.

Its pretty normal .. Knowing the person was a friend .. you probably wouldnt have imagined, he'd/she'd do something like that. And feeling bad on telling probably is because u now know others were urt too by it all, people u didnt want to get hurt .. or maybe the person said something. But i dont think you should feel guilty, as you spoke in a rational, fair way. The person who is responsible, is probably feeling just as bad. I would suggest talkin to him/her and how the incident has changed things. Things usually get easier after having a talk.
