Hey i would suely join such a site, because it will be a genuine site, since you are on mylot and are real person we can chat to in real time. so that won't be a problem. And the problem of cheaters can be solved by using a ip catcher and storing it itn the datsabase adn attaching one to each user account, so if another user account tries to log into the site from same ip he will be caught. But the problem you may have is the money part. You will have to be sure to get the money from the advertisers and pass it on to the users frequently. keep minimum payouts low. i.e . say 1 dollar, atleast such a amount that on ecan touch that in 15- 20 days and make payments within 48 hours. if you do such things then i can say that such a site will be the fastest growing PTC site yet!!!

Starting your own paid to click site would be easier these days as long as you can persevere to build it, particularly on the first 6 months. I may consider joining if your payout is $5 or lower; the clicks are from $0.0025 or more; with at least 6 to 10 ads a day. You can actually buy a script that is worth 50 to 100 dollars. Then from there you can improve. Dealing with cheaters are incorporated in the script, particularly the Aurora Script. I don't like those bux-like sites because auto-clickers can be used and it's difficult to audit.

Just be careful, the reason so many PTC sites fail is because there are so many people joining just for the penny and the advertisers are pulling out because the pepole directed from the PTC sites dont stay or buy or join anything, they go in for the 30 seconds and get right out. Eventualy the advertisers dont use you anymore.

You never stop the spammers and bot ya just have to weed them out every day and hope ya got them all.

Well, I'll speak from experience. It's difficult, it's difficult, it's difficult. By the way, did I say it was difficult? Sorry, it's not that bad but it is a lot of work. Some caveats are to make sure you get a script and hosting package that is going to work for you. And research who you are purchasing from to make sure you get good customer service. I didn't and I paid for it. And don't let anyone tell you that you're going to get rich. Ran correctly, your own PTC site will make you money but not a huge amount and certainly not very quickly. Bots and cheaters will always be there but you can reduce the damage in several ways - ban certain countries, look at your IP list closely for dups, etc.

I think too that it would be a lot of work. I am in touch with an admin who opened a site last autumn. It crasehd and he lost data. He set it back up now has problems with Chinese users. If yu have a low payout that's good for the clickers but it would be a lot of work for you making payout every day and having to check them each to see they were not cheaters.
I don't think it would be that easy.
If you want to earn from something of your own why not open a shop. There are lots of those sort of sites and you get commission for your sales without all the hard, stressing work.

i had been thonking about that as well... but i think it will be very difficult and requires lots of efforts to maintain it... also, getting advertisers that want to advertise on the site is also require efforts... if you have the money, time and efforts to do that, then i will say go for it... i will join your site as long as the payout is not too high... just let us know how you are going... take care and have a nice day...

Speaking from my personal experience of running both a traffic exchange and a ptc site, they are a TON of work for very little in return. The work never stops, you will not get rich fast, and you are on the lookout many times a day for cheaters, bot users and more.

This is not to say they cannot be profitable. It depends on how much time you actually have to put into the site. And how much time and money you are willing to spend to advertise it, get new members on a consistent basis and find advertisers willing to invest their limited advertising budgets on people who do not purchase or even pay attention to what they are selling.

Most PTC advertising is based on members attempting to get other members to sign up under them. They will use their earnings to get that advertisement. Very few will upgrade in the first 6 months or longer, instead preferring to wait and see if you will do random payouts, are an honest webmaster or webmistress.

If you have the funds to pay for the script, the hosting, the inevitable plug-ins that you will want to purchase, design services and random payouts until your site begins to pay for itself, this is a valid idea for a work-at-home business.

If you do not, my suggestion is to keep clicking others sites, save your payouts and only purchase one when you have a cushion to fall back on that has nothing to do with your personal finances.

Remember, you will also need to file taxes on the income you receive from the site you buy, as well as send 1099's to anyone who may earn over $600 if your site becomes very successful.

All in all, the PTC/PTR world is a tough world to work in if you are the site owner. Just my 2 cents...

i think it would be a hectic job to start your own paid to click site because you need to go through a lot of procedure....if we can earn through the present available site thats sufficient
