It's not that I don't like that they were thinking of me it's just that gifts don't really stick in my mind. I think it's because guys don't brag to their friends about presents from their girlfriends so it loses some of that value.

Every person is individually different and no book in this world can make a general categorization regarding something like this. I am very happy when i receive a gift from my girl. Recently i receive a flower from her, and apart from happiness i was a bit surprised, because as a man i have never received a flower before.
