2.  nicholejade (1194) | 3 months ago |  I really like a nice ham done in the oven done with pineapple. Just bast it in the juices and the pineapple itself. It really holds in that flavour.
Another one is in a fruit salad. Not so much the typical fruit salads as I like to add a good 10 different fruits in it.
In the summer time just for a differnt take on things we do a shishkubob out of fruit and do it on the BBQ. It really doesn't need too much time at all. Place different assorted fruits on it and have a nice creamcheese to go with it for dipping.
Pineapple and ham pizza is another one that you can do.

I make a chicken dish with pineapple, melted butter, lime juice and onion soup mix.
I love pineapple. It is one of my favorite fruits.
