Do you have premature gray hair?

Well yes....I have only a few strands in mines.. I am only 29 years old.. I will be 30 this coming August.. I don't know what to do about them, but to just cover them up with your other darker hair over it.. Or just use a dye to color it.. I know that I don't like getting premature gray hair either.. It makes me think that I will have a head full of gray hair, by the time that I am 40.. No way...

Heredity and a bad diet are two contributing factors for premature gray hair. I always get my gray hair sinpped and I apply ghee to the area after that. If I had not done this treatment I would have had a full head of gray hair by now.

I think coconut oil will help hair go back to the natural color. Changing shampoo often also can make hair go dull and gray. Don't change shampoo once you found you suit to one. Hair hate to adapt over and over again.

i am starting getting grey hairs i don't know if its to do with medcation that i am on but i am 33 tommrrow and i do have it more on my fringe then anywhere else but if it gets more i will dye my hair still keep my natural hair see what happens take care

I am fortunate not to have that problem. But I know some guys who have a problem with gray hair as early as his teen years.
