Do you have your TV or radio on?

I am married with three eanage daughters so at all times someone is watching something on tv. So in answer to your question, yes my tv is on as it is at all times.

My wife and girls watch tv all of the time when they are not on the other computer.

I usually have my tv on when I am working on my laptop here in the living room. I have a wireless network in my house, so I can work on the laptop from anywhere in my house and parts of my yard. I rarely take it outside, but I do work in different parts of the house. I have the tv on if I am in the living room, but when I am working in my office or the bedroom, I usually have a radio station or yahoo music playing. I also have a few cd's that I listen to. I don't like it when it is totally quiet. I have a hard time concentrating on anything when I don't have some background noise of some sort, so I usually at least have CNN playing on tv or something. Having the news or something playing also gives me ideas to write about sometimes.

I sometimes put on music on the computer while working on it but the TV I use only for listening to new bulletins so as not to miss any importanct happening while I busy with my work.

I am at the computer and on the internet for many hours eevery day and I've got to where I feel I don't need the TV or Radio much, anymore.
(I know this is not true, I only FEEL that way!)

I can listen to a radio station on my laptop, but I find it hard to concentrate on myLotting, or any other activity on the internet, and to listen at the same time, so I prefer not to have any background noise while I am myLotting.

Definitely! I almost always have my tv on or music playing from my i-tunes library. I was the same way all through college. I have to have background noise to really focus. Not just any, it has to be something I enjoy, otherwise it annoys me and I can't think straight. I'd say my favorite thing to have on tv while doing stuff online or whatever is re-runs of shows I like, that way I'm not really missing anything I haven't seen before, but I have something to listen to.

I always have my tv on or I should say usually. I listen to it, the news or shows I like while I am here doing whatever. Sometimes I put the tv on music channels to listen and watch videos as I am working here. It all just depends on how I feel and what I want to have in addition to doing stuff here. Sometimes not often, I want it quite when I'm here.

when using my Laptop i always seem to have the TV on in the background for some reason. If i dont have the TV on then i will most likely be playing music.

i dont have tv where im using mylot, but got radio. I use to listen sometimes music during mylotting, but moslty i not listen at all. the only things i heard its the ambiance around lol.

I find that without music on while I am on mylot I get really bored. That is why I always have music on and I don't really get tired of mylot.

It ruins my concentration specially I'm not good in this english language that we use her in mylot. Everytime I heard some noise I get disturbed and it ruins my concentration and forgot the words that I have in mind. I just don't use mylot if theirs so many people around. I don't like TV and radio on if I am using mylot.
