 I tried using Office 2007 specifically WORD 2007 and Excel2007 and it amazed me. It has a new interface and like the ribbon, and quick access tool bar that you will never find in older version of MS Office, and for me it it the most user friendly.

 Piscesmoon (1064) | 2 months ago |  laydee, I find that bullets are MUCH simpler with 2007. I love that you can just scroll across things and they show you how they will look. Typefaces, bullets, picture frames - it is all simpler with 2007. Sure, it is different to 2003 but the features are way better and it doesn't take long to become familiar with them. Even my kids were used to 2003 but have had no trouble getting used to 2007.

I'm currently using 2003 still in my room pc but my brothers are using the 2007. Maybe if I used it often then I would have more finesse in using it. But I didn't want to switch to 2007 because the 2007 version cd we got didn't contain the picture editor I got with 2003 and it was a program which I often use and is very useful. So I think I'd stay with 2003 for a while longer since it's much more to my advantage.

Word, Excel, Access are all so much easier to use. I love that you can just scroll across something, like typefaces, bullets and colour to see how something will look. Same in powerpoint - I love that you can scroll across a picture to see how different frames will look before actually changing them. 2007 is such a HUGE improvement on 2003. It is brilliant and I don't see how it could be further improved - they seem to have everything covered. | |
